Only you can determine if you are a Porn Addict.

Here are some common characteristics of Porn Addiction and a link to a self-assessment.

  •  Powerlessness over pornography - inability to stop using porn and stay stopped.
  •  Using porn prior to sexual activity with a partner or ourselves.
  •  Viewing and seeking late at night to avoid being found out.
  •  Needing porn to "feel better".
  •  Spending more and more time seeking the perfect material without the ability to determine when to stop.
  •  Neglecting obligations, commitments and our own needs.

Is PAA for you?

Porn Addicts Anonymous is a fellowship of individuals who share their experience, strength, and hope with each other for the purpose of finding freedom from their addiction to pornography. Our meetings are held via teleconference, zoom, discord and in person.

By attending meetings and working the Twelve Steps, we learn to practice the principles of our program in our daily lives and and help other porn addicts to do the same.

The only requirement for PAA membership is a desire to stop using pornography in all of its forms. There are no fees or dues. We are self-supporting through our own contributions and we are not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution.

We rely on our traditions for guidance in our meetings. Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all of our principles, hence the personal identity of those we meet or what is said in meetings is considered strictly confidential. Our meetings are a safe place for all in attendance.
